Eßer Sanierungstechnik sorgt mit gezielt durchgeführten elektrothermografischen Kontrollen dafür, dass Sie sich kostenintensive Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen sparen können!
Wir identifizieren mit der thermografischen Kontrolle von Schaltschränken Fehlstellen auf einen Blick. Nahezu jedes elektrische Bauteil erwärmt sich bei einer Fehlfunktion über das übliche Maß hinaus, sei es bei Überlastung oder Defekt. Wir erkennen Bauteildefekte durch Thermografie, bevor sie zu einem Komplettausfall und somit zum Stillstand ganzer Fertigungslinien führen.
Teure Komponenten kann man nahezu bis an das Lebenszeitende nutzen – und das ohne Einschränkung der Betriebssicherheit. Abschaltzeiten für die Kontrolle von Verschraubungen bzw. Komponenten oder unter Spannung stehender Teile entfallen, weil die Temperaturmessung berührungslos erfolgt. Darüber hinaus sorgen wir für eine nachhaltige Vermeidung von Ausfallzeiten und Störfällen wie Schaltschrank- und Kabelbrände.
